Criminal Justice Management

The Criminal Justice Degree Program is designed for students who are interested in exploring and pursuing topics related to criminal and social justice, where social justice relates to societal concern over what is right and wrong and criminal justice applies that concern to the judiciary system.

Students who enroll in the CRJU program typically desire to pursue careers in some form of law enforcement.

Albany State University's CRJU program provides an academically challenging program based on theoretical foundations, practical application, community engagement, and research.  As an ASU graduate, you will have developed analytical, problem-solving, and intellectual abilities that will enable you to compete in the global marketplace.

Our criminal justice faculty members are focused on and committed to ensuring that students are exposed to cultural, contemporary, and historic social and criminal justice concepts and issues.

As an ASU alumni, you will be prepared to engage in research and publications that advance the field of criminal justice.
