RECOMMENDED COURSES FOR
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
The Criminal Justice Technology Certificate Option is designed to provide graduates with a
foundation in Criminal Justice along with specialized training in computer forensics. The
program is appropriate for (1) those currently employed in law enforcement who want to
increase their skills and value to their organizations and (2) students who aspire to criminal
justice occupations and wish to have skills that set them apart from other candidates. After
completing this certificate, students may choose to continue their studies by enrolling in the
Associate of Science program in Criminal Justice with eventual transfer to a four-year
college.
