How do I contact the Office of Housing & Residence Life?

Students and parents may contact our office via e-mail (asuhousing@asurams.edu) or by calling us at (229) 500-2025. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 

How do I apply for housing?

Students may apply for housing for the 2019-2020 academic year starting February 1, 2019. Students will click the "Housing Portal"  link in the main navigation menu once it becomes available. Students may log into the housing application portal using the same username and password as they use to log into their ASU e-mail account. 

Is there an application fee?

Completion of the online housing application requires a non-refundable $50.00 application fee. 

What is the deadline for the Fall 2019 housing application for new students? 
June 1, 2019

Is housing guaranteed? 

On campus housing is not guaranteed to first year or returning students, due to high demand and a limited number of on campus housing rooms. 

How do I chose my room?

Students chose their room during the housing application process. First year students may chose their room starting February 1, 2019 while returning residents will chose their room during Upperclassmen Room selection in March 2019. 

Can I request a roommate? 

Students may form roommate groups as part of the housing application process. The group leader may assign all students in the group who have approved a group membership request. First year students may form groups of up to 2, while upperclassmen may form groups of up to 4. 

I need to request special accommodations. Who should I contact?

Students who need to request special accommodations should contact the Office of Counseling and Disability Services.
