The Clean Energy Education Partnerships initiative is a groundbreaking collaboration between Albany State University (ASU), the University of Central Florida (UCF), Georgia Institute of Technology (GT), the University of Michigan (U-M) and industry leaders. This is U.S. Department of Energy sponsored initiative. This program is designed to equip students with the critical skills needed for the future of clean energy through training, internships, research, and industry engagement.

- Joint Online Certificate Photovoltaic Program with UCF (Top 10 Online Education School)
- Training at UCF (50 Years Involvement in Renewable Energy) and GT (Top 10 Engineering School)
- Summer Research Internships with stipends, travel, lodging covered
- Monthly Clean Energy Seminars with industry and national lab experts
- Cutting-edge Research in Perovskite and Silicon Solar Technologies
- Participate in an Annual Research Frontier Symposium at Alabama State University
