Our Mission
Albany State University’s Division of Information Technology Services delivers information and technology services to enable Albany State University to advance its mission in developing our diverse student body by preparing them for academic success and professional careers.
Our Values
We achieve our ITS mission through the following goals:
- Continual improvement and alignment of our services to the evolving needs of our campus
- Deliver technology, information and services that support teaching in and beyond the classroom
- Provide leadership and planning for the effective and strategic use of emerging technologies
- Provide students with technology services that enrich their overall student experience, foster retention and increase graduation rates
