Albany State University to Operate Virtually Tuesday, January 21 - Wednesday, January 22
Due to potential severe weather in the region, Albany State University will operate virtually beginning Tuesday, January 21 - Wednesday, January 22. We will continue to monitor weather conditions for Thursday, January 23, and inform you if there are any operational changes by Wednesday afternoon.
- All in-person University events scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday are canceled.

All classes on January 21-22 will be held in an online remote instruction format. Faculty and students should continue course instruction through GeorgiaView.
- Faculty and staff are to work virtually. Facilities and other essential staff are expected to report as directed by their supervisor.
- Residence halls will remain open. The ASU Police Department will remain available to ensure the safe operation of essential functions. Be sure to download the LiveSafe app to stay safe.

Dining will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. with options for students and essential staff to receive a to-go container.

RAM Rush transportation will cease operations on Tuesday and Wednesday. Weather permitting, normal operations will resume on Thursday, January 23.
