Virtual Graduation Recognition Ceremony

Please join Albany State University as we congratulate the nearly 700 students who will participate in this fall’s Virtual Graduation Recognition Ceremony. The Virtual Graduation Recognition Ceremony will be streamed live on Saturday, December 12 at 10 a.m. via the ASU Facebook and YouTube channel.

A YouTube account is not needed to view the ceremony on YouTube, and you do not need to subscribe to our YouTube channel to view the ceremony. Please share the following link (https://youtu.be/GPM1g67merw) with your family and friends so that they too can view the ceremony.

How To Participate:

To participate in the Class of 2020 Virtual Graduation Recognition Ceremony please follow the steps below. All submissions must be received by Friday, November 20 at 5:00 p.m.

Step 1: Take a photo with family and friends in your cap and gown or ASU attire.

For photo submissions, please use the recommendations below:

Take a portrait/vertical photo.
Use natural light
Make sure you are the focus of the photo.
Please include family and friends.
Wear your ASU cap and gown or ASU attire.
Please submit jpeg files only.

Step 2: Email your picture, major and college/department to virtualgrad@asurams.edu. REMINDER: All pictures must be submitted by Friday, November 20 at 5:00 p.m.

Step 3: Stay connected with us. Follow us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive an alert when we go live for your Virtual Graduation Recognition Ceremony.
