About ASURams Global

  • ASURams Global, a unit within Academic Affairs, consists of the ASU Distance Learning Department and the forthcoming Office of Continuing and Professional Education, slated for launch by 2025.
  • ASURams Global was created to oversee and facilitate high-quality online learning and continuing education to a global constituency. This unit will provide cohesiveness and leadership to important facets of the Albany State University’s outreach in underserved communities and supports core parts of the university’s vision and mission. 
  • ASURams Global administers ASU’s $2.9 million dollar grant award for the Connecting Minority Communities (CMC) Program awarded by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
