What Is The Blueprint Conference?

The Blueprint Conference is a high-impact, one-day professional development and empowerment experience designed to equip students with the tools, exposure, and connections needed to succeed beyond graduation.

Through dynamic main stage sessions, powerful industry panels, and focused breakout workshops, students gain:

Featured Keynote Speaker - Eboni Ward

Eboni Ward is a powerhouse executive known for building global brands and shaping culture at the highest levels of entertainment and business. As a respected leader and founder, she has guided influential artists and organizations while demonstrating the power of strategy, authenticity, and excellence.

Her Founders Week keynote will challenge students to think bigger, move intentionally, and execute with purpose.

This will be a defining moment of the conference.

Dr. Julius Collins, JD
Dr. Julius Collins, JD 

Dr. Julius Collins, JD is a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney and Litigator with a strong commitment to protecting the rights of his clients. In 2013, he founded The Law Office of J.B. Collins, P.C., where he serves as owner and managing attorney. Though a young firm, the practice has built a reputation for excellence in both criminal defense and personal injury matters. Attorney Collins began his legal career as a legal assistant at Tony C. Jones, Attorney At Law, where he developed a strong foundation in the legal field. He has since leveraged that experience to successfully grow and lead his own firm. Known for his attention to detail and deep understanding of the legal system, Attorney Collins is committed to providing zealous, results-driven representation. His mission is simple: to defend the rights of every client with integrity, diligence, and unwavering advocacy.

Dr. Donnie Wooten, PharmD

Dr. Donnie Wooten, PharmD

Dr. Donnie Wooten, PharmD, is a Senior Director of Global Medical Capabilities at AstraZeneca, where he focuses on advancing medical strategy, capability development, and digital innovation across global medical affairs in oncology. A proud graduate of Albany State University, Dr. Wooten earned his Bachelor’s degree and served in student leadership as Chief of Staff for the Student Government Association (SGA) and Mr. Freshman. He was later recognized by the university as a recipient of the Albany State University 50 Under 50 Award. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy, where he was elected Class King and was later named an inaugural FAMU 40 Under 40 honoree. Dr. Wooten completed postdoctoral training at Rutgers University and has pursued professional studies at Brown University. His career spans government, academia, and the biopharmaceutical industry, including roles at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and leading pharmaceutical companies including Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Organon, and AstraZeneca, representing experience across several of the world’s leading Fortune 100 healthcare organizations. Dr. Wooten serves on the FAMU Apothecary Board and the Seton Hall University School of Customer Experience Board, as well as the Governance Committee of the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS). He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Hulett Foundation, which supports educational experiences and scholarships for students in rural communities.

Dr. Paul Larkins

Dr. Paul Larkins

Dr. Paul Larkins is a leader in higher education and public health, with over a decade of experience advancing student wellness, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Community Engagement and Adjunct Professor of Biology Men’s Health at Morehouse College, where he integrates academic instruction with community-based learning and leadership development. Dr. Larkin earned his Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Albany State University. His research explores the intersection of higher education and public health—emphasizing the critical role of culturally responsive leadership in promoting student success and community well-being. By grounding his practice in evidence-based research, Dr. Larkin develops innovative strategies that inform policy, drive institutional change, and uplift historically marginalized populations. Dr. Larkin is a proud member of 100 Black Men of Atlanta, President of Outstanding Atlanta, and a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., serving as Graduate Advisor to the Pi Chapter of Morehouse College. Driven by a deep commitment to civic engagement and community health, Dr. Larkin focuses his work on creating inclusive environments that foster wellness and cultivate transformative leadership to promote student success and advance social equity.

Erika Estrada Olufade

Erika Estrada Olufade

Erika Estrada Olufade, CPA is a financial strategist, entrepreneur, and community advocate. She is the Founder of Acculedger, a strategic accounting and fractional CFO firm that helps growing businesses and nonprofits build strong financial foundations, improve profitability, and scale with confidence. Erika brings a diverse financial background spanning public accounting, management consulting with Accenture, and finance leadership roles within startup and emerging growth companies. Through this experience, she has developed a practical, strategic approach to helping organizations understand their numbers, strengthen financial infrastructure, and make better business decisions. She is especially passionate about empowering historically disenfranchised entrepreneurs to move from financial uncertainty to clarity—equipping them with the knowledge, strategy, and systems needed to build profitable businesses and create long-term wealth. Erika is a proud graduate of Albany State University and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of her professional work, Erika enjoys doing life with her husband, Joel, and their children, Olivia and Joshua. She is deeply committed to community impact and advancing financial empowerment for all.
