Albany State University is delighted to invite you to save the date for one of the most anticipated and impactful evenings of the year, the Blue and Gold Scholarship Gala.
Presented by the Albany State University Foundation and the Division of Institutional Advancement, this signature fundraising event will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the ASU West Campus Arena, during our cherished Founder’s Day Month. This year’s theme, “Reigniting the Flame. Powering the Future.”, reflects our shared commitment to honoring Albany State’s legacy while investing boldly in the success of our students.
The Blue and Gold Scholarship Gala is a powerful opportunity to make a lasting difference, all in one elegant evening. Your continued support directly provides scholarships to deserving students, empowering them to pursue their academic goals and become the next generation of leaders.
Payment Methods
To ensure smooth operations, kindly note that we will only accept payments via check, or debit/credit card at the event for the auction and cocktail bar.

Award nominations are now open, and we encourage you to submit deserving candidates. All nominations must be received by February 20, 2026.
Parking
As you make your way to the Albany State University West Campus Arena, please park in your designated area, as directed by ASU Public Safety Officers, and head to the registration tent located near the entrance doors on the right side of the building.
For our valued general seating ticket holders, convenient parking can be found in the student center parking lot.
For those requiring accessibility parking, designated spaces will be reserved in the faculty/staff lot located in front of the arena, adjacent to the intramural field.
