Graduate Check-In

**All graduates must check-in to be able to participate in the ceremony**

Regalia

The cap, gown, tassel and hood (bachelors and master’s degree graduates only) should have been ordered through the Graduation Source ASU Commencement website. 

 

Check-In

Graduates will check-in with the Registrar’s Office to pick up their name card at the table located outside the Civic Center at the entrance facing Oglethorpe Blvd. Graduates will then be directed where to go to line up for the processional.  The name card contains degree and honors information and will be handed to the person on stage who is calling names during the ceremony.

 

Graduates Accessibility Drop Off and Entrance

Those needing accessible drop off should report to the parking entry gate located on the east side of the Civic Center off of Front Street. Those being dropped off will follow the signs and enter the Complex on that side as well. Please note that the person needing the accessible seating will have an ASU Ambassador sitting with them to assist. The rest of the group will be asked to sit separately in the guest seating areas to ensure there is enough accessible seating for all.
