      Advisors at ASU work to:

      • -Help students clarify their values, goals, and strengths.
      • -Support students in understanding the purpose of higher education and how it connects to their future.
      • -Provide clear and accurate information about programs, requirements, policies, and opportunities at ASU.
      • -Guide students in planning an educational path that matches their interests and abilities.
      • -Monitor student progress and provide feedback to keep them on track toward graduation.
      • -Connect students with campus resources that support their academic, career, and personal growth.

      • Students Currently Enrolled at ASU for Spring 2026

      • Registration opens March 2, 2026
      • First Semester & Probation - Mandatory 1:1 appointments. You will receive an email to your student email account to schedule this appointment. 
      • Returning Students in Good Standing - You may register yourself or attend group registration for guided assistance. You may schedule 1:1 with your advisor for any advising needs. Group registration invitation sent to your student email account.
      • New & Readmitted Students for Summer & Fall 2026
      • Please follow the steps in your Acceptance Letter under New Rams Checklist.
      • Registration is step 5 and schedules will be created for new and readmitted students beginning April 1 1 for those completed with steps 1-4. 
      • All communication will be sent to your student email account. 
      • You are NOT assigned an advisor until after attendance verifications are completed for your first term. You do not have to call our office requesting an advisor. Please follow the steps in the checklist.
