Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Associate of Science in Core Curriculum with Engineering Pathway
The Regents’ Engineering Pathway (RTP) program was established in 1986 to expand the availability of engineering education opportunities for Georgians. The RTP program is a cooperative program between [the Engineering Program] and participating RTP partner institutions within the University System of Georgia. Albany State University is one of the RTP institutions in Georgia.
Under this program, students complete two or more years to take all of the mathematics and science and several engineering courses as required by ASU and then transfer to the Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Southern University, Kennesaw State University, Mercer University, or the University of Georgia to complete a Bachelors degree in engineering.
Associate of Science in Core Curriculum with Computer Science Pathway
In order to earn the transfer Associate of Science degree in Core Curriculum, students must complete each of the Core IMPACTS areas of the ASU Core Curriculum and one of the options for satisfying a Field of Study listed in the degree requirements.
