How and Where Do I Get My New Ram ID Card?
What should I bring when picking or having a photo made for my ID card?
- Ram ID Number
- Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Driver's license or Instructional Permit
- State ID card (can be obtained at the Georgia Department of Drivers Services for students of any age)
- US Military ID (active duty, reserve, and retired)
- US Passport (including passport cards)
- Foreign passport with a current United States Visa
- I-94 form with photograph
- US citizenship and immigration services employment authorization document or refugee travel document
- US Certificate of Citizenship
- Tribal ID
- Upon verification of identify, ASU employee will locate or print new Ram Card and release it to the student
- Student will sign for acceptance of the new ID Card
- Initial ASU ID card is provided at no cost to the student or employee. The Cardholder is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the ASU Ram ID. Replacements for lost, damaged or stolen ID cards will cost $10.00

Employees on both the East and West campuses
- Photos will be taken and printed on demand. You choose the time you wish to have your new ID card made. This gives you the opportunity to update the photo for your ID card as well as update your photo for the campus directory
- You may visit either of the locations below at your convenience
