Housing Application Process

ATTENTION: Residential students who have not paid in full or do not have a payment plan in place with the University by August 1, 2025, will be dropped from campus housing.

Housing Application Timeline for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026  

Beginning March 24th, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., students currently living on campus will have access to the Housing Portal to make a Fall 2025-Spring 2026 booking. All students must be registered for 12 credit hours to gain access to the Fall 2025 application portal. Please ensure that you are registered 24 hours prior to submitting an application. A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due at the time of the application. Please be advised that Housing is on a first come first served basis. Housing is NOT guarenteed.

  • March 24th & 25th:  Seniors
  • March 26th & 27th:  Juniors
  • March31 - April 1st:  Sophomore
  • April 2nd & 3rd:  Freshmen
  • April 7th Students who missed their application dates.
  • May 1st -New Freshmen & Transfer 

Application selection: Select the term for which you are applying for housing. 

Housing Agreement: Read the contract thoroughly and entirely before accepting. 

Payment: Pay Online with a credit or debit card. 

Confirmation: Print the last page of the agreement for your records. It contains your payment receipt.

Selecting a Room

Step 1: Get your room selection start time Click here to log into MyHousing to review your room selection start time.
Step 2: Navigate to select your room Choose the Room Selection option. Then navigate to the Select a Room/Suite tab.
Step 3: View room options Select the Find Available Rooms option to view open rooms.
Step 4: Select your room Choose the Room option to make a selection.
 

March 24th -25tH: Seniors (90 Credit hours or more)  

All students classified as Seniors can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

MArch 26th -27th: Juniors (60 Credit Hours or more) 

All students classified as Juniors can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

MArch 31st - April 1st : Sophomores (30 Credit Hours or more) 

All students classified as Sophomores can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

 April 2nd- April 3rd: Currently Enrolled Freshman 

All students classified as Freshmen can access the portal and select a room assignment. To access the Housing Portal click here. 

April 7th: Students who missed their designated dates

All returning students who missed their classification date can access the portal and select a room assignment.To access the Housing Portal click here. 

May 1st (New Freshman & Transfers)

All students registered for 12 or more credits seeking housing can access the portal and select a room assignment below.
