Below are the cancellation deadlines for the upcoming semesters. Review your Housing Contract for your application period to find further information about penalties related to your cancellation.
2025 - 2026 Cancellation Schedule
Fall 2025 - Returning Students

| April 1, 2025- April 30, 205 | Cancel with 25% penalty |
| May 1, 2025- June 30, 2025 | Cancel with 50% penalty |
| July 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025 | Cancel with 75% penalty |
| On or After August 1, 2025 | Full penalty (no refund) |
FALL 2025 - new STUDENTS

Housing Cancellation Request
To request cancellation of your housing contract, you must submit a Housing Cancellation Request.
Canceling your housing means you are forfeiting your room assignment. If you change your mind about cancelling after processing your cancellation form, you will be put on the wait list if no spaces are available. Please be advised depending on the time at which you cancelled your housing, housing cancellations penalties may apply. Please refer to Housing Cancellation Policy.
