Georgia Crisis Intervention Team Training for 9-1-1 Telecommunicators

The Albany State University Police Department welcomed multiple local agencies for the Georgia Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training tailored for 9-1-1 Telecommunicators. This interactive, blended learning course provides 9-1-1 telecommunicators with comprehensive training on managing crisis calls from individuals with mental illnesses, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or those experiencing a crisis.
