Visitors Parking

To park in "Visitor" designated spaces, all visitors are required to register their vehicles for a visitor pass.
Visitor passes are [typically] valid for one day.
 

Parking space assignments are enforced during business hours, unless otherwise marked

To park in an ADA designated space, vehicles should have a state-issued Disability Parking permit.

All Visitor's parking on the ASU Campus will be required to obtain an ASU Visitor's parking permit. Vehicle operators with a Visitor permit may park in parking spaces that does not have a sign, orange or green painted curb. Visitor parking permits do not allow the operator to park in disabled spaces (unless displaying the proper State of Georgia permit), fire lanes, tow zones, service vehicle spaces, color coded spaces and designated reserved signage spaces.

Visitors must provide:
  1. Vehicle Make (aka, Manufacturer)
  2. Vehicle Model
  3. License Plate Number, and
  4. License Plate State
  5. Requests can be made at least three business days in advance.

How to Register a Vehicle

Permits are virtual and verified by license plate. Linked vehicle license plates must be visible at all times. Do not back into or pull through parking spaces.
 
  1. Go to the Visitor Registration.
  2. Select “Obtain Visitor Permit”.
  3. Read the Parking Terms of Service and click “I Agree”.
  4. Click a “Visitor – 3 Day or Visitor Daily”.
Visitor – 3 Day
  • Select a start date for permit. (This permit will expire 2 days later).
Visitor Daily
  • Select a start date for permit. (This permit will be valid for one day only).

University Employees Request: Departments requesting visitor, vendor, or volunteer parking permits for large groups should contact Parking Services via e-mail at parking.services@asurams.edu.

Contractors and Vendors: Companies and individuals should coordinate directly with the ASU department they are visiting so they can request visitor permits on your behalf.
