Campus Safety: Entry Guidelines and Identification Cards

To maintain the safety of the ASU campus, effective immediately all campus entry locations will close at 12 a.m. for open access. All students are required to have their campus identification card (RAM ID) with them at all times while entering or on all University properties. Persons without a RAM ID will not be allowed on campus. Persons on campus without a RAM ID will be required to leave campus by the ASU Police Department (ASU PD).

As a reminder, vehicles without a visible 2020-21 parking permit will not be allowed on campus after midnight. Permits must be located on the vehicle in the designated location (front driver’s side windshield for students, hang tag on mirror for other permits).

ASU PD is actively checking vehicles for current parking permits. Vehicles without a 2020-21 permit (or a visitor/temporary parking permit) will be cited for non-compliance and will be towed.

Students, faculty and staff who do not have an ASU ID Card should have their photo taken and ID card created by visiting Ram Central on West Campus or the East Campus ITS Help Desk in the JPL Library.
