Women and Money Series
Albany State University’s Center for Educational Opportunity invites the campus and community to attend the Women and Money Series. The workshop series, consisting of three workshops this semester, aims to provide women with important information on homeownership, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Attendees may participate for free in person or virtually via Cisco Webex.

This program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in partnership with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for the HUD Housing and Financial Literacy Grant. The overall goal of this two-year project is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based, results-driven programming designed to improve the financial well-being of the community constitutes. The grant aims to expand HBCUs' roles and effectiveness in addressing their local communities' housing and financial needs and expand partnerships with housing counseling agencies.
