ASU Statement Oct. 18, 2021

Early Monday morning at approximately 12:13 am, October 18, an intruder, not affiliated with ASU entered a residence hall on our west campus. There were reports of shots fired. No one was injured in the incident. As is the protocol of ASU, students were alerted of the incident and an all-clear was issued at 2:02 am. 

The incident is currently under investigation by the Albany Police and ASU Police Department. No further details are available at this time.
